We offer specialised usability and user testing training for teams. Designed for researchers, designers, engineers and product managers, you'll learn how to plan, execute and report results that are both easy to understand and actionable.

User Research Fundamentals

Learn the fundamentals of user research and techniques that deliver meaningful insights. Designed for researchers, designers and product managers who are either new to user research or have done some research and want to improve. Our fundamentals training focuses on user interviews and analysis techniques that can be applied to any data set.
